Support Older Adults and Adults with Disabilities Live with Dignity!

What is the Dignity Fund?

In November 2016, San Francisco voters passed Proposition I to establish the Dignity Fund. This legislation supports the health and well-being of older adults and adults with disabilities. Currently, we are in the planning phase of the Dignity Fund.

USE YOUR VOICE!

We are holding community forums to hear from you about the needs of older adults and adults with disabilities living in SF. It is a chance for you to help your City and County plan how to spend the Dignity Fund. We want to hear from you about the strengths, challenges and gaps of current services to inform future services and allocations. With your input, we can expand important services for older adults and adults with disabilities in our community. Your participation in the Forums is valuable and essential to ensuring that the growing needs of our communities are met and to identifying the biggest gaps in services and supports.

Please spread the word to the communities that you serve about this important opportunity to help shape the future of aging and disability services in San Francisco.
